Just a short stroll (about 5 minutes) down the community boardwalk brings you to the sands of Cape San Blas. After a sun-soaked day at the beach, kick back in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, or head to the fully fenced backyard to grill and gather around the propane fire pit under the stars.
This 3 bed / 3.5 bath retreat is thoughtfully appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in every room (with Hulu + Live TV, Disney+ & ESPN+), and plenty of extras to make your stay feel like home.

🍳 Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware for 12, crockpot, Instant Pot, Ninja blender, and more.

🏖️ Beach gear provided: chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon, blanket, toys—and even a kayak for guest use!
👶 Large dog crate, baby gate, and white noise machines in each bedroom.

📺 We don’t have cable, but every TV is a Smart TV with a paid Hulu + Live TV subscription (includes Disney+ and ESPN+). You’re also welcome to stream from your own accounts.
🚤 No boat/trailer parking is allowed in the driveway or common areas per HOA. We can help you find marina storage nearby.
🔒 The only locked space is one owner's closet off the master bath.

Summary: We had an exceptional stay! The house was pristine and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. One of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Location was great with a very short stroll to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Great job!
